What actually happens in the circle
You arrive with the thing you have been circling for weeks and have not said out loud to anyone. Shivani holds the room. Nobody hands you advice you did not ask for.
By the end of the evening you have said it, heard it reflected back by women who recognise it, and named one honest step you are taking before the next Connect.

Before you register
Do I need to have done coaching before?
No. Most women in the room are there for the first time.
Will I have to speak?
Only when you want to. Sitting quietly through the first half is normal and nobody will push you.
Is it recorded?
No. The circle is not recorded and nothing from it is shared afterwards.
What if something comes up and I cannot make it?
